More about Talia Keene
My career in permanent cosmetics began while attending Savannah College of Art and Design in the early 1990s for illustration. I apprenticed as a technician for cosmetics and I was able to assimilate quickly due to my art training in color theory and technique. In 2000, I acquired my esthetics license to gain knowledge of the histology of the skin and I am now licensed in four states as a Medical Aesthetician. Due to over 10 years of esthetic experience and 15 years of cosmetic experience I have extensive knowledge of how the pigment of cosmetics and skin tissue relate.
Within the industry I have worked as a National product trainer for an International pharmaceutical company, written newsletters, and appeared on National TV for both permanent cosmetics and esthetic services.
During the consultation process I focus on the individual’s personal goals with permanent cosmetics along with physical features such as bone structure, skin undertones and skin type, age, hair color, and lifestyle.
