A 24 hour notice of cancellation is needed for us to attempt to fill the reserved spot on our schedule.  Please provide as much notice as you possibly can to help us make our time efficient, which allows us to continue delivering the very best value for your money.  Our scheduling system will automatically charge 10% of your original appointments retail value if we are unable to refill the spot, when less than 24 hours notice is given.  Thank You for your cooperation in avoiding this awkward situation!
